Were FANTASTIC~ amazing and so totally different. One was 300, the other was 120. One was all glass with chargers at the place settings and the other was more low key with seating on the outdoor patio.
Wedding 300 was enthralled with Victorian touches, colors of silver, light blue and white. Bountiful flowers were created by Connie Timmons, Floral Designer from Kingsport, TN. The fantastic food of course, was by us, Main Street Catering. The menu was uber-fantastic and consisted of Lump Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce and Mango Salsa, never ending Shrimp with Cocktail sauce, served on the Anchor Ice Sculpture which was a focal point of the room; Filet of Beef thick sliced with breads and spreads, Seared Tuna Wontons with Asian Apricot Sauce, Black Sesame Seeds and Scallions, Sicilian Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Lemon Basil Butter Sauce with Caprino Cheese; our FATTS Salad with Tortellini Pasta Salad which consists of Asparagus, Red and Yellow Tomato, Sugar Snap Peas, Feta Cheese and Tortellini Pasta with marinated Red, Orange & Yellow Bell Peppers. Actually there were about 4 or 5 other items, but I am wishy-washy on the menu ... will add more later.
Wedding 120 was VEGAN and VEGETARIAN ... such a sweet couple. Everything was labeled to be sure the vegan guests knew exactly what they were enjoying. I did the flowers, they consisted of local Zenia's, Sweet Pea's, Yellow Tulips, Hot Pink Roses, Hydrangea, Queen Anne's Lace, Dahlia's, it was so colorful, the camera's could not keep up!!!
Sweet flowers were added to the Altar site and the glass was SMASHED!! Mazel tov!
Hopefully photos attached .... I am a novice at this, Love, Beverly
