How do we keep our cool?
We order fans, lots of fans!! We offer ice water to your guests and always try to have an air conditioned option for guests that need to be cooler. I always say, "Every 30 minutes counts in the summer".
We even convinced a couple that their 2:30 wedding and reception would find their guests leaving early or not coming at all because of the time of day for their August wedding! They moved it to 6:30!!!

we are catering 2 really big weddings this weekend ... one for a couple at the International Storytelling Center for 260 and another for a couple at Banq in Kingsport, TN
ISC is going to be a fantasy land of all white flowers for the wedding and bright pink, orange and yellow flowers for the reception ... all flown in from the family direct from Ecuador from their family farm!!! Roses, roses and more roses.
The wedding at Banq is all white and a touch of blue for the ceremony and blue and red for the reception. Cannot wait to show you the photos!!
